I got into mortgages because I needed one. My husband and I own rental properties, and I was constantly emailing my broker for different options, different rates, different strategies. I wanted access—real access—to explore what was actually possible for us.

So I did the course. And I fell in love with it.

What I realized is that most people feel the way I did: confused, frustrated, like they're missing something obvious. Banks make mortgages feel complicated. I wanted to make them simple.
